Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for an open-ended contract to provide Caterpillar Loader/Dozer OEM parts and components or equal. The contract requires vendors to provide parts that meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's standards in form, fit, and function. Vendors must be authorized dealers or resellers for Caterpillar Loader/Dozer parts and must be able to supply verification if requested. The contract items must be compatible with all Caterpillar Loader/Dozer makes and models up to and including the current year.
* The contract is open-ended and continuing, with no guaranteed purchase volume.
* Vendors must provide a catalog with their bid, which must include the contract items and their prices.
* The contract requires vendors to accept orders through various methods, including WVOasis, regular mail, facsimile, email, or other written forms of communication.
* Vendors must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency, showing the agency's items purchased, quantities of items purchased, and total dollar value of the items purchased.
* The contract has a provision for contract modifications, which must be approved by the purchasing division.
