Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking bids for the lease of one modular office trailer for the Hazelhurst Project Office. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The trailer must meet specific requirements, including being manufactured in 2021 or newer, being professionally cleaned and ready for office use, and having certain features such as steps, a restroom, and AC/heating. Bidders must submit a bid price for each line of the proposal, including setup cost, lease per month, and tear-down cost. The bid will be rejected if any of the lines of the proposal are blank.
• The modular office trailer must be 56”X 24” in dimension and have 4 offices.
• The trailer must have basic entry steps, an ADA/IBC ramp, and one restroom.
• The bidder must provide physical and/or vandalism damage insurance coverage for the modular office trailer.
• The bidder is responsible for all warranty repairs at no cost to MDOT for parts, labor, or transportation.
