Construction Basic Ordering Agreement

The United States Air Force is seeking proposals for a Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (CBOA) to execute a broad range of maintenance and repair construction projects at Lajes Field Base and any off-Base support sites at Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal. The projects may include tasks in various trades such as demolition, site work, excavation, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, electrical, mechanical, concrete and asphalt paving, painting, millwork, flooring, and other specialty and general construction work. The contractor must have a Construction Certificate issued by the "Instituto dos Mercados Públicos do Imobiliário e da Construção (IMPIC)" Institute of Public Real Estate and Construction Markets of Portugal.
