Description
The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking bids for the replacement of 22,000 linear feet of water mains within the Golfview Heights residential community and along Ohio Street in West Palm Beach. The construction services consist of installation of potable water mains, sanitary sewer manholes, gravity main, sanitary sewer laterals, fire protection improvement, and replacement of water service lines with associated appurtenances and site restoration.
• The project is state-funded through the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
• Bidders must be properly certified and licensed in the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 01, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
• A site visit will be scheduled at the conclusion of the pre-bid conference.
• The bid documents are available for download free of charge, and a non-refundable service charge of $150.00 per set is required for hard copies.
