Persons with Disabilities Parking Placards

The State of Illinois, Secretary of State, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the printing of Persons with Disabilities Permanent and Temporary Parking Placards. The contract has an initial term of upon execution to 6/30/26 and may be renewed up to a total term of 10 years. The vendor must provide the placards with removable labels and meet the specifications listed in the solicitation. The State encourages vendors to submit their bids through BidBuy, and the bid must remain firm for 180 days from opening. The State reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all bids, and waive minor defects. • The vendor must provide 10,000 temporary placards and 300,000 permanent placards. • The placards must have a removable label with a Code 39 Barcode format and the placard number printed under the barcode. • The vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, orders, and license and permit requirements. • The vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the State as an additionally insured for all required bonds and insurance. • The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the State of Illinois, its agencies, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all costs, demands, expenses, losses, claims, damages, liabilities, settlements, and judgments.
