Description
The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance and repair work at their facility located at Jl Taman Surapati 3, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. The work includes painting, repairing cracks and bumpy surfaces, refinishing wooden surfaces, and cleaning storm-drain systems. The contractor will be required to complete the work within 35 days of receiving the notice to proceed. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer.
• The contractor must provide proof of SAM registration with their offer.
• The contractor must comply with all local labor laws, regulations, customs, and practices.
• The contractor must provide an English-speaking supervisor on site at all times.
• The contractor must maintain discipline at the site and take all reasonable precautions to prevent unlawful, riotous, or disorderly conduct.
