Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to provide medical services at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center in Chadron, Nebraska. The services include examinations, assessments, treatment, issuance of prescriptions, immunizations, and monitoring of health conditions. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must have an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Nebraska and maintain required insurance coverage.
* Provide medical services to students at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center
* Conduct examinations, assessments, and treatments
* Issue prescriptions and immunizations
* Monitor health conditions and provide follow-up care
* Comply with all state, federal, and Job Corps infection control policies and procedures
* Provide periodic education to staff on mutually agreed-upon topics
