The USDA Forest Service is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide on‑site medical services at the Flatwoods Job Corps Center in Coeburn, VA. The contractor must deliver examinations, treatment, prescriptions, immunizations, chronic‑care management, and health‑education services totaling 400 hours per year, with the possibility of four one‑year option extensions and a six‑month extension.
