Description
Dakota County is seeking a qualified contractor to facilitate its monthly “Fix‑It Clinic” program for the 2027‑2028 period. The contractor will be responsible for planning, logistics, volunteer coordination, snack provision, data collection, and post‑event reporting for approximately 20 hours of work each month. The role requires transport of supplies, set‑up and tear‑down of the event site, management of volunteer staffing and waivers, and submission of detailed activity reports within two weeks of each clinic. The County will reimburse approved expenses and pay the contractor on an hourly‑rate basis, with payment due within 35 calendar days of invoice receipt.
