USSOUTHCOM J2 EDA IDIQ

The USSOUTHCOM J2 EDA IDIQ is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Enhanced Domain Awareness (EDA) Program. The contract will deliver strategic and technical support services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The offeror must have a minimum of three years of experience on recent and relevant service contracts similar in size, scope, and complexity to the solicitation requirements. The contract will be awarded based on the best overall value proposal, considering factors such as technical experience, past performance, and price. • The contract is for a base period with options for extension. • The offeror must submit a minimum of one and a maximum of three contract references. • The contract references must be similar in size and scope to the requirements of the solicitation. • The offeror must provide a complete and accurate Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for each submitted contract reference. • The Government reserves the right to extend the notification deadline of the solicitation and to reject any or all responses.
