This solicitation calls for the purchase and complete installation of a full suite of commercial‑grade kitchen equipment for the new Warrior Restaurant at Fort Bliss, Texas (Building 2457). The government will award a total‑small‑business set‑aside RFQ for new, never‑used equipment only; partial quotes are not accepted.
