CCN Transfer Project and Asset Sale

The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified utilities to purchase a portion of its water Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) and certain water utility assets. The successful Offeror will provide continuous and adequate service to transferred customers. The proposal should include price, utility experience and qualifications, ability to provide service, water delivery plan, and water system modification plan. • Key aspects of the proposal include: • Price proposal for the CCN territory • Utility's experience and qualifications • Ability to provide service to transferred customers • Water delivery plan • Water system modification plan • References from at least three similar projects
