The Columbia County School District (CCSD) is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive Project Management Services for the Greenbrier High School Additions and Renovations project. The contract will initially run for one year with the possibility of up to nine additional one‑year extensions, and the vendor will be paid on a percentage‑of‑cost basis with a minimum annual fee. A mandatory pre‑bid conference on October 29, 2026 will cover project status and expectations; all questions must be submitted by November 12, 2026. Proposals are due by November 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
