Description
This solicitation awards a firm‑fixed‑price contract to perform boundary‑line marking and maintenance at Green River Lake, Kentucky. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, paint, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, communication, and quality‑control services to mark the USACE fee‑boundary line along the shoreline. The base scope covers 75 miles of shoreline; an optional expansion of up to 25 additional miles is available. Work must be performed in strict compliance with USACE specifications, safety standards (EM 385‑1‑1), and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses. Completion is required by 31 March 2027.
