Description
Erie County’s Department of Social Services is seeking qualified providers to deliver trauma‑informed, solution‑focused supervision, case‑management, and treatment services for youth under the “Raise‑the‑Age” (RTLA) prevention domain and other juvenile‑justice diversion service domains. The contract runs October 1 2026 – September 30 2027, with an annual renewal option. Funding of up to $1.1 million is available, with administrative costs capped at 15 % and the possibility of multiple awardees. Providers must engage families within 48 hours of referral, maintain weekly contact, and submit monthly case summaries and quarterly outcome rosters. The County will reimburse quarterly based on actual costs.
