The total order is 9,004 copies, with specific size, trim, binding, paper, and color‑matching specifications. The contractor must submit a press‑quality PDF proof, obtain an “OK to Print” email, and then deliver the finished, properly packaged brochures by the stated delivery date.
• Item 1 – 6,002 copies of a 27 × 8.5 in (flat) roll‑fold brochure (trim all four sides) on matte‑coated 70 lb text stock (JCP A240).
• Item 2 – 3,002 copies of an 8 × 8.5 in (flat) saddle‑stitched brochure (trim three sides) on uncoated 70 lb text stock (JCP A60).
• Production must use a single printing method (digital or offset) meeting Quality Level III, 4‑color CMYK, ≥175‑line screen, water‑resistant ink/toner, and minimum 2,400 × 2,400 dpi resolution.
• Packaging: separate cartons per item, kraft paper bands in 100‑pamphlet units, no shrink‑wrap; shipments to Seney NWR and two federal depository locations.
