The Tobyhanna Army Depot is seeking information on commercially available cold spray systems for material deposition applications, including repair and coating of metal components for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. The system should meet stringent operational standards and provide optimal performance for various applications. Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating their ability to provide the required products/systems. The submission should include company overview, points of contact, experience, references, and a capability statement addressing the technical requirements. • The system should be capable of precise material deposition in support of mechanical repairs of C4ISR systems. • The system should be designed to meet stringent operational standards and provide optimal performance for various applications. • The submission should include detailed responses to the technical requirements listed in the RFI. • The submission should be electronically submitted in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF) via email.
