REPAIR OF FUEL TANKS FOR USE ON THE MH-65E AIRCRAFT

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to repair fuel tanks for use on the MH-65E aircraft. The contractor will be responsible for testing, evaluating, and repairing fuel tanks, as well as providing replacement parts and labor as needed. The contract will be for a period of five years, with a base period of one year and four option periods. The contractor must have access to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) component maintenance manuals and be certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or equivalent. • The contractor will be required to perform repairs at their facility or a USCG-approved facility. • The contractor must provide a certificate of conformance for all repaired components. • The contractor must have a quality control system in place that meets the requirements of ISO 9001 or equivalent. • The contractor must notify the USCG of any changes to their quality control system or supplier chain. • The contractor must provide a warranty for all repaired components for a period of 12 months after installation.
