Description
The Citadel is seeking a qualified commercial photographer to provide portrait‑photography services for its graduating senior cadets. The contractor will schedule individual 60‑90 minute outdoor sessions, deliver a minimum of 30 digital proofs per cadet within two weeks, and retain all production and shipping costs. The photographer must maintain cadet privacy, provide a backup photographer, and submit detailed equipment, insurance, and reference documentation. The contract is initially one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals, for a total possible term of five years.
• Provide on‑campus outdoor portrait sessions for graduating cadets (Fall & Spring semesters).
• Deliver at least 30 digital proofs per cadet within two weeks of the shoot.
• Remit an agreed‑upon percentage of each charge to The Citadel; photographer assumes all production/shipping costs.
• Maintain a replacement photographer on retainer and supply full equipment list, CV, portfolio, references, and insurance proof.
• Contract term: 1‑year initial, renewable up to five years total; award expected March 10 2022.
