Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a vendor to supply two Caterpillar 150 AWD motor graders with associated cutting‑edge attachments, a seven‑year premier warranty, and on‑site training. The contract includes delivery, warranty coverage, and a requirement for the vendor to provide trade‑in pricing for any existing equipment. Evaluation will be heavily technical (80 points) with additional points for Navajo‑nation priority status.
• Provide 2 × Caterpillar 150 AWD motor graders meeting detailed specifications (cab, hydraulics, safety, etc.).
• Supply 4 sets of serrated cutting edges and 4 sets of standard cutting edges as attachments.
• Include a 7‑year/7,000‑hour premier warranty and 12 months of travel‑time coverage for repairs.
• Deliver on‑site operator and safety training via a CAT‑certified specialist.
• Submit a complete, spiral‑bound proposal (max 15 pages) plus a separate sealed envelope containing the bid form and cost breakdown.
