Description
This solicitation calls for the purchase, delivery, and installation of a MARS 6 microwave digestion system and related consumables for the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s analytical laboratory. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets all Small‑Business/DVBE certification requirements and provides complete freight‑prepaid pricing.
• Supply one MARS 6 230 V/60 system (item 1) including IWAVE 2 accessories.
• Provide two 40‑unit PFA vessels (75 mL) and one EASYPREP IWAVE PREMIUM unit.
• Include five cleaning brushes, four service‑plan contracts, and a half‑day installation service.
• All prices must be FOB Destination (freight prepaid) and include any required lift‑gate truck for unloading at the CDFA site.
• Offer must be submitted by 27 May 2026 12:00 PM PT and accompanied by SB/DVBE certification, CUF statement, recycled‑content certification, and other required attachments.
