SFY27 Smartsheets Software Renewal

The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking to renew an enterprise‑level Smartsheet software license for 50 paid users, including a premium support package, for the fiscal year 2027. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, preferably a vendor already on a State of Ohio enterprise contract, though non‑contractors may also submit bids. Bids must be submitted through Ohio Buys in the prescribed format, accompanied by a PDF on company letterhead, and must remain valid for at least 90 days after the solicitation closes.
