HOGEN Maintenance kits

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is intending to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Nel Hydrogen US for HOGEN maintenance kits. The kits are required to maintain the HOGEN unit at the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, VA. The sole source determination is based on NOAA's compatibility to existing systems or equipment. • The maintenance kits are necessary to keep the HOGEN unit running smoothly and extend its expected life up to 10 years. • The kits are compatible with NWS HOGEN units and fit form, functionality. • Firms that believe they can fully meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation or a request for additional information in writing to the primary contact.
