Tarboro Road Park

The City of Raleigh is seeking prequalification documentation from principal trade and specialty contractors for the Tarboro Road Park project. The project includes a new 2-story, 20,000sf community center, enhanced outdoor recreational amenities, and renovations to the historic St. Monica Teen Center. Interested contractors can access the web-based Prequalification Application via the Clancy & Theys website. The project has an aspirational goal of 15% participation by certified minority and women-owned businesses.
