Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide interior painting services for the Gerber Guard Station in Oregon. The contract will involve painting the interior walls and ceilings of select rooms, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, materials, services, and equipment. The project is expected to last for 82 days, from November 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
• The contractor will be required to provide a written work progress plan and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be responsible for cleanup, disposal, and any costs related to the removal of hazardous materials.
• The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and to comply with all safety and health regulations.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their past performance and price.
