The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a private entity to lease office space within the city limits of Topeka, Kansas. The lease must be for a contiguous floor area of between 5,239 and 5,500 rentable square feet (ABOA), include 25 surface parking spaces (10 reserved), and meet all federal fire‑safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
