REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF JFK FARMERS SUBSTATION #2 (RFQ# 6000003306) The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority”) is seeking to identify firms interested in responding to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Design and Construction of JFK Farmers Substation #2.
