The Palmdale Water District is seeking bids for the PWAV Site Characterization Drilling Program, which involves the drilling, construction, development, and testing of one test well and one monitoring well. The primary goal of the project is to develop a drought-resilient water supply for the Antelope Valley area through replenishment of the groundwater basin by injection of treated wastewater.
