The California Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive refuse and recycling services for Caswell Memorial State Park in Ripon, CA. The work includes routine collection, container maintenance, and disposal of solid waste, recycling, and green‑waste materials, all performed within specified operating hours and in compliance with state waste‑diversion statutes.
• Service 13 three‑yard solid‑waste dumpsters and 1 three‑yard recycling dumpster on a weekly basis.
• Service 1 forty‑yard green‑waste roll‑off container on a monthly basis, with on‑call overflow pickups within 24 hrs of notification.
• Maintain, paint, repair, or replace containers at no cost to the State; operate only 07:00 am‑04:30 pm, no work on California holidays.
• Submit annual waste‑diversion reports and comply with SB‑1382/SB‑1383 organic‑waste mandates.
• Contract term runs August 1 2026 through July 31 2029 (≈ 3 years) with monthly invoicing and a final invoice due within 90 days of contract termination.
