Provider Capacity to Deliver Critical Time Intervention

The State of Montana, Department of Public Health and Human Services, is seeking information from providers about their capacity to deliver Critical Time Intervention (CTI) services to individuals discharging from Montana State Hospital. The services include support during periods of transition after being discharged from the hospital. The request for information is for the purpose of gaining knowledge of services and supplies available, along with an estimate of their corresponding costs. • The RFI is not a commitment or promise to acquire services or supplies. • Vendors are required to provide a brief description of their past experience in providing similar services. • Vendors should provide an estimated timeframe for completing the project and their best estimated price range. • The State is seeking information on potential problems or risks that may be encountered during the project. • The RFI is open from 11/3/2025 to 11/17/2025.
