Wastewater Treatment Improvements - Overbrook, KS

The City of Overbrook is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build of a new wetland lagoon cell as part of its wastewater treatment system upgrade. The work includes extensive earthmoving, installation of riprap armoring, a series of PVC force‑main and transfer pipelines, emergency discharge piping, associated intake, transfer and discharge structures, biosolids removal, transportation and land‑application, as well as site finishing such as fencing, seeding, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on January 21, 2026. • Approx. 40,950 cubic yards of raw cut material and 28,480 CY of raw fill for lagoon construction. • Installation of ~395 tons of riprap, 385 LF of 4″ Class 160 PVC force main, 440 LF of 10″ SDR 35 PVC transfer pipe, and 120 LF of 6″ DIP emergency discharge pipe. • Additional civil works: intake/discharge structures, biosolids removal, transport, land‑application, fencing, seeding, and related site improvements.
