Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide news clip services, including monitoring and analysis of news coverage, social media management, and media database management. The contractor will be required to provide daily news briefings, media monitoring, and analytics tools to track the success of media campaigns. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to have a team lead with at least a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in aggregating news briefings.
• The contractor will be required to monitor national and local media outlets, including print, online, and broadcast media.
• The contractor will be required to provide daily news briefings, including a 6:30 am briefing and a 4:45 am briefing.
• The contractor will be required to provide media monitoring and analytics tools to track the success of media campaigns.
• The contractor will be required to have a dedicated client manager with at least a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in aggregating news briefings.
• The contractor will be required to provide 24/7/365 live availability of key contractor staff to accommodate late-breaking requests and provide urgent customer support needs after normal business hours.
