Description
The Town of Wendell is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call professional services for geotechnical, materials testing, special inspections, and surveying. The selected firms will provide services on an as-needed basis to support the Town's capital improvement projects, public-private development, and other construction-related needs. The scope of services may include field investigations, data collection, analysis, preparation of technical documents and reports, design support, and construction-phase services. The contract term will be two years with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
• The Town reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time or discontinue a firm's participation.
• Selected firms will be expected to coordinate with Town staff and other project stakeholders to support the timely delivery of projects.
• Firms must have relevant experience and qualifications in the required services.
• The Town encourages participation from minority or women-owned business enterprises.
