Upgrades to Station Creek Landing

Beaufort County is seeking a contractor to make upgrades to the Station Creek Boat Landing on St. Helena Island. The project includes the removal of an 8 ft. wide, 110 ft. long floating dock and 8 timber mooring piles, and the installation of a 6 in. thick, 9 ft. wide, 80 ft. long reinforced concrete grounding out pad, 8, 8 ft. wide, 20 ft. long floating dock segments, and 10 prestressed concrete piles. The contractor will also be required to perform a post-construction survey of the project site.
