Annual Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance on Guldmann Lifts in various locations within the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance on Guldmann ceiling patient lifts in various locations within the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform the required services. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor must be a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The contractor will perform annual inspections and preventative maintenance on 203 Guldmann patient lifts. • The contractor will provide corrective maintenance and repair services as needed. • The contractor will provide all necessary parts, labor, and equipment to perform the required services. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in optimal working condition. • The contractor will provide a detailed service report to the point of contact within 10 business days of completing the work.
