Purchase of Mobile Training Canopy System for the Sheriff's Office

The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is seeking a vendor to provide a mobile training canopy system. The system should include two CoverShot Canopy Eclipse or equivalent canopies, and the vendor must provide design, fabrication, delivery, assembly, commissioning, and training. The canopies will be used to provide a covered firing line infrastructure, protecting instructors and students from the elements. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. • The project includes the design, fabrication, and delivery of two mobile training canopies. • The canopies must meet the minimum requirements specified in Exhibit A – Scope of Work. • The vendor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. • The project must be completed by September 1st, 2026. • The vendor must provide training on the use and maintenance of the canopies.
