Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential sources to provide enterprise-wide access to Wiley Journals content, including the 2026 Medicine and Nursing Collection, Suicide & Life Threatening Behaviors, Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, and other journals. The contractor shall provide an unrestricted number of simultaneous users on the entire VA computer network with immediate access to a single online, web-based product from any web-enabled computer. The performance period is 12 months with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide access to the journals, ensure usability, currency, and accessibility, and provide technical support to VHA users nationwide.
• The contractor shall provide a web-based product with searching and navigating capabilities.
• The product shall be compatible with most standard web browsers and have cookies enabled.
• The contractor shall provide full text articles in PDF format.
• The contractor shall provide usage statistics to the system administrator on an enterprise level.
• The product shall be accessible via a variety of Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) platforms.
• The contractor shall provide technical support to VHA users nationwide.
