Amendment 0001 Transistion to Competitive SDVOSB Set-Aside - Tektronix MSO24 Oscilloscopes (Brand Name)

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZF) is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide Tektronix MSO24 Oscilloscopes and associated accessories. The acquisition requires the specific Brand-Name Tektronix equipment to ensure strict compatibility with existing test procedures and equipment supporting the BOMBER DATA LAB project. The contract will be awarded to the responsible SDVOSB offeror whose quote represents the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). • The required equipment includes four Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes, Node Locked Licenses, protective and hard carrying cases, battery packs, and passive/high-voltage probes. • The delivery and acceptance will be FOB Destination, with all items required to be delivered 40 days ARO. • The contract type is firm-fixed-price. • The Government intends to award a contract to a certified SDVOSB authorized to distribute the required Tektronix brand-name equipment.
