Description
The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is seeking proposals to lease office space for the Office of the Cape & Islands District Attorney. The leased space should be approximately 3,900 square feet, located in Barnstable, Bourne, Mashpee, Sandwich, or Yarmouth, and have a term of 3 years. The space will house the State Police Detective Unit assigned to the Office of the Cape & Islands District Attorney and is expected to receive approximately 2-3 visitors per day. The proposal should include the lease proposal form, information about the proposed premises, and other required documents. The evaluation criteria will include the usable area and type of space, location, building conditions, and other factors.
• The leased space should be approximately 3,900 square feet, with a range of 3,500 to 4,300 square feet considered.
• The space should be located in Barnstable, Bourne, Mashpee, Sandwich, or Yarmouth.
• The term of the lease should be 3 years.
• The space should be suitable for office use and meet the requirements outlined in the Space Allocation and Finish Schedule (SAFS).
• The proposal should include information about the proposed premises, including the location, size, and condition of the space.
