The City of Tupelo is seeking unpriced technical proposals to prequalify vendors for the purchase of three new 2026 Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles for the Tupelo Police Department. The deadline for receipt of unpriced technical proposals is January 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The city will evaluate the proposals and invite qualified bidders to participate in a reverse auction process. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to choose the bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the city.
