Molecular Transport Media Tubes used for HPAI testing

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotes for Molecular Transport Media Tubes used for HPAI testing. The tubes must be PrimeStore MTM LH-PS-MTM-05, 1.5mL of solution in 5mL tubes, in bags of 50, with a total quantity of 50,000 individual tubes. The tubes are used for the collection of highly pathogenic avian influenza and must safely inactivate pathogenic samples while preserving and stabilizing the released DNA and RNA. • The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. • The award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. • The quote must include pricing for all items, and any quantity price discounts and discounts for prompt payment. • The offeror must provide sufficient documentation to confirm the product offered is the exact item requested. • The product must be new, not refurbished or remanufactured, and meet all delivery requirements stated in the solicitation.
