Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide OEM asset barcode tags. The tags should be 1.5 inches by 0.75 inches, print one, two, or three colors, and have a 2 mil silver polypropylene with pressure-sensitive adhesive. The tags should have a numerical serial number and barcode, with custom text above the barcode and sequential serial number below the barcode. The barcode will be black on a silver background, with blue color above and below the barcode. The vendor should review the proof prior to production. The contract term will be 365 days, and the vendor should deliver the tags to the City's specified location. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to accept quotes from more than one seller.
