The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a primary research provider to conduct various research projects designed to gauge consumer sentiment and provide data-driven insights in support of the Authority's strategic initiatives. The selected respondent will provide market research and insight development services on an on-call, as-needed basis. The scope of services includes qualitative and quantitative research projects, as well as ASQ data collection. The authority is looking for a trusted supplier to perform the data collection for the ASQ Departures Survey program in the Airport. Some key points about the job include: * The authority is a self-supporting organization that generates revenues from airport users to fund operating expenses and debt service requirements. * The airport is a major economic driver for the Tampa Bay region and serves over 25 million annual passengers. * The authority is looking for a respondent with experience in conducting surveys, research, and field work services for medium or large hub airports. * The respondent will be required to provide a detailed resume for all key personnel, describe their professional qualifications and education, and provide examples of previous work. * The authority will evaluate responses based on the respondent's overall experience and background, assigned project team, and methodology and approach. * The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with two optional renewal periods of 2 years each. * The authority reserves the right to request additional information and clarification of any information submitted.
