Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to O2X Human Performance, LLC for an "EAT, SWEAT, THRIVE" three-day workshop. The workshop is designed to provide occupational health and physical readiness initiatives for approximately 60 crew members. The contractor will be required to provide qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver the workshop. The key aspects of this opportunity include:
• Providing a three-day workshop for 60 crew members
• Delivering occupational health and physical readiness initiatives
• Maximizing crewmember nutritional, mental, and physical performance
• Decreasing operational injuries and improving overall health and effectiveness
• Submitting a capability statement by August 19, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PST
