The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region- Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking information on the ability to train non-Military Free Fall (MFF) qualified Marines in military free fall techniques using the contractor-provided USMC Parachute System-2 (PS-2). The requirement includes providing training in military free fall techniques and obtaining the PS-2 from the OEM. Vendors are requested to submit answers to the MCINCR-RCO, including their organization's capabilities and experience, and answers to specific questions regarding the requirement.
