Dakota County is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission two heavy‑duty washbay door operators (RHX‑Heavy Duty D400‑54 or equivalent) plus two 30‑ft hand chains at the Empire Transportation Facility in Rosemount, MN. The contractor must purchase the equipment, perform the full installation (the final install must be done by the prime), and provide a 12‑month warranty. The County will provide site access and coordinate scheduling; the contractor must meet prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and background‑check requirements.
• Supply and install two industrial‑grade door operators (1 HP, NEMA 4‑12 rated, with photo‑eyes and chain‑couple).
