Description
The Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport (LSUHSC-S) is seeking bids for comprehensive environmental services across all campus facilities. The successful bidder will provide routine cleaning and maintenance, biohazard and sharps pickup, infectious decontamination/disinfection, floor care, supply management, and unlimited trash/biohazard pickups. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, with a minimum staffing requirement of 25 staff, excluding management. The bidder must provide a fully functional Work Order Management system, weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly qualitative/quantitative benchmark reporting, and maintain safety and infectious control standards.
• Routine cleaning and maintenance services
• Biohazard and sharps pickup

• Floor care (scrubbing, waxing, burnishing, carpet cleaning)
• Supply management matching LSUHSC-S brands
• Unlimited trash/biohazard pickups at no extra cost
• Special requests including weekend event cleaning, immediate terminal cleaning, and flood restoration at no additional cost
