Shiplift System Repair and Upgrade King Abdulaziz Naval Base in Jubail, Saudi Arabia

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to repair and upgrade the existing Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) shiplift system at the King Abdulaziz Naval Base (KANB) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The contractor will be responsible for procuring materials, completing repairs, and performing a system-wide condition inspection. The scope of work includes repairing the drydocking platform, wire ropes, hydraulic winches, and transfer platform, as well as installing new parts and materials as needed. The contractor must also provide all manpower, tools, and equipment required to complete the repairs. • The contractor shall ensure the repairs result in a complete and useable shiplift and transfer platform system. • The contractor shall procure and install parts and materials as listed in the attached appendices. • The contractor shall perform a system-wide condition inspection and general repairs to the shiplift facility as identified and approved by the Government.
