Description
The Montana VA Health Care System requires a short-term bridge contract for medical gas delivery and cylinder rentals. The base period of performance will be from August 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026, with two 3-month option periods. The contract is intended to be awarded to General Distributing Co, a small business. The Montana VA Health Care System does not have the capabilities to produce/manufacture medical gases on its own, and there is a need to continue receiving medical gases and cylinder rentals on a continual basis to prevent disruption of these critical healthcare supply and services.
• The contract includes medical gas and cylinder rental for the base period and two option periods.
• The contract is intended to ensure the ongoing supply of medical gases to the Montana VA Health Care System from the current vendor.
