Fixed Wing Pilot Training PP24-284

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide fixed wing pilot training for a five-year contract commencing on or about March 1, 2026. The contractor must be dedicated to flight training requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under the CFR 14, Parts 141 in fixed wing aircraft. The scope of work includes providing pilot training, briefing, FAA knowledge test, single engine dual time, single engine FTD time, and other related services. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience and be certified to provide pilot training in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 14, Part 141.
